Shipping and Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

We will postpone shipping until the weather permits if temperatures fall outside the range of 50 to 90 degrees.

At Brilliant Chameleons, we are dedicated to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your new pet chameleon. To guarantee the highest level of care and satisfaction, we offer the following Live Arrival Guarantee Policy for overnight shipments through FedEx:

Shipping Method: All chameleons are shipped via FedEx Overnight to ensure prompt delivery and minimize stress on the animal.

Live Arrival Guarantee: We ensure that your pet chameleon will arrive alive and healthy.

We ship using the "Hold For Pickup" option, so your package will be delivered to your local FedEx hub. Please remember to pick it up within 5 hours of delivery. Failure to pick up within this timeframe may void the guarantee.

Upon receiving the shipment, the recipient must inspect the chameleon immediately. Any issues regarding the condition of the pet must be reported to us within 1 hour of delivery via phone or email. Failure to report within this timeframe may void the guarantee.

Your chameleon is carefully prepared for shipment with proper ventilation, temperature control, and secure packaging to ensure its safety. We require that the recipient provides appropriate care and environment for the chameleon immediately upon arrival.

Claims: If there is an issue with your chameleon's health upon arrival, please provide clear photographic evidence and a detailed description of the problem when contacting us. We will investigate the claim and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover delays caused by unforeseen events or FedEx service disruptions, issues related to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the recipient, or any problems resulting from the recipient's failure to follow care instructions.
